My second wedding of 2023 was so fun because it was for the brother of the bride of my first wedding of 2023! It was so fun to see familiar faces and spend the day with John and Lindsay.
John and Lindsay had their wedding at the coziest greenhouse that they filled with special touches of what was important to them: music and animals. They had a sweet nod to their dogs who joined us for their engagement session on the top of their cake (always consider bringing your pups to your engagement session! I would love to meet them). We were so lucky to be in the green house because it drizzled all morning and cleared up just in time for the ceremony. The greenhouse allowed for loads of natural light to shine through for the wedding party’s portraits and John and Lindsay’s first look.
Something I really loved about their approach to the day, was how intentional John and Lindsay were with their time. They chose to do a first look and that allowed them to gather together with all of their friends and spend most of their wedding day together. The day was full of raindrops, sunbeams, happy tears and the absolute cherry on top for these animal lovers: a greenhouse kitty cat.
